For those of you who know me, you may know that I am a member of "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" or otherwise known as the LDS church, or even the Mormon church. As Friday April 6 I have received my mission call from the church! I have been called to serve in the 'West Virginia Charleston Mission.' In this mission I will be teaching the many wonderful Principles and Doctrines of this church. I will be serving in this area for 2 years, as I am in this area I will not be able to contact you through DeviantArt, pretty much only through the mail I send. Many of you may be thinking... "Dang this guy is CRAZY! Spending 2 years doing this" or even "Well, never heard that before..." But I have very good reasons to go, as do the many other thousands of Missionaries that serve around the world today.

First of all I know that I am a child of God and that my Father in heaven knows and loves me more then anyone could. Second I know that Jesus Christ the only begotten son of the father had come down and as payed for my sins, as he did for all of us. Third I know that Joseph Smith the first of the prophets of our church was a true prophet, that he has seen God the Father and his son Jesus Christ in the flesh and has restored the true gospel to the earth today. I believe that the Book of Mormon is the true word of God, brought forth from the Golden Plates (Which was translated by Joseph Smith), As well as the Bible. I know that our current Prophet Gorden B. Hinckley receives direct revelation from God the Father and righteously directs the Church. I know for myself that these things are true and that I am willing to spend 2 years of my life sharing this message to all that I can.

I am to leave on May 28th towards Provo Utah, on May 30th I am to report to the MTC otherwise known as the 'Missionary Training Center.' There I will spend approximately 3 weeks in training (Other Missionaries stay longer depending if they have a foreign speaking mission). And after that I shall be teaching for the remaining two years.
